All products are final sales. No exchange, credit or refund will be accepted after the transaction has been confirmed. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-cashable and non-transferable products.
Prices
Prices displayed on www.pourvoiries.com are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. Full payment is due at the time of order or pick-up. For deliveries outside Canada, any customs duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Discount Code
Please note that we cannot refund the value of a discount code on an order that was placed before or after the promotional code activation period.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and postage.
Payment
Credit card payment is required for order made on www.pourvoiries.com website and requiring shipping. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Cash payment in Canadian currency is accepted only for orders that include Pick-up at our office.
Delivery Delay
Orders are processed within 2 working days for in-stock products. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and vary approximately from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. The Québec Outfitters Federation cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay attributable to the carrier.
Digital Products
Customers may download digital products purchased on www.pourvoiries.com as soon as the transaction is approved.
The purchase of digital files is reserved for personal and private use. Except for the authorized download, any reproduction, adaptation, collective use, resale or rental is absolutely forbidden and may be subject to legal proceedings.
No exchange, credit or refund will be accepted once a digital product sale transaction has been confirmed.
